I am not a huge sports fan, but who doesn’t enjoy the Super Bowl, right? I always make a lot of different appetizers and really make a day of it. January is such a busy month, it is nice to take some time to celebrate. It is great timing this year too, because my son hurt his foot this week, and will enjoy a little family time on the couch eating his favorite foods. It has been a long week for the little guy! I wanted to share some of my favorites with you, in case you are looking for something else to add to your Super Bowl spread!
Hummus
Cheese Spreads
Pistachio Nut Crusted Shallot and Garlic Cheese Ball
Pizza and Chili
Fried Finger Foods
Oh wow how nice!
Thanks Lynn! Have a wonderful weekend and Super Bowl Sunday 😀
you too!
Thanks Lynn!
I hope that your son feels better with a little rest Antonia! I always look forward to the Superbowl usually for the commercials and halftime show 😉 I think the only way I’d be excited for the game itself is if the Vikings made it one day! Your appetizers look delicious- especially the pizza 🙂
Thank you Heather, he is trying to get used to sitting instead of running. It’ll be a few weeks unfortunately. Me too, it is really the one time I watch 😀 You are very sweet, thank you 😀 Have a fantastic Super Bowl Sunday and weekend!
Some wonderful recipes here, Antonia. I’ve seen your onion rings before and it still makes my mouth water to look at them. In fact, all these recipes look so temptingly tasty! We don’t have Super Bowl to celebrate here, but who needs an excuse to enjoy all these? 🙂
Thank you Millie, you are very kind! Right, anytime 😀 Have a wonderful Friday and weekend!
Of course my eyes go straight to the fried food and pizza! Ha ha ha. I happen to have some mozzarella in the fridge that must be eaten. Yum. Mozzarella cheese sticks.
Ha ha, I understand that 😀 Awesome, I hope you enjoy them! Have a wonderful weekend and Super Bowl Sunday!
I’m not a football fan, but I like the snacks 🙂
Me either, the snacks are the best part! 😀
Yum! We’d love all of these! I haven’t even thought about what to pick up for munchies during the game. Guess I should figure it out quickly. “)
Thanks Deborah! Isn’t party food the best? Yes, just a few days away…I can’t believe it is already here. Have a great Super Bowl Sunday and weekend 😀

I don’t really care that much about the superbowl but any reason to get together and much is o.k. with me. I hope your little guy mends soon! Those onion rings have my name all over them. I can’t wait to try them! I think I would love anything on that list.
Thank you, I appreciate it! Awesome, I hope you enjoy them 😀 Have a wonderful week Julie!
Of course I’m reading this the day after Super Bowl but appetizers are good any time of the year. I’m with Julie and the onion rings – a favorite splurge!
