My kids are going through a phase where they can’t get enough pancakes. I can’t blame them, pancakes are a delicious way to start the day. I enjoy adding fruit whenever possible, especially berries this time of year. Strawberries are lovely in pancakes, and add a wonderful freshness. Using my orange honey is a nice change from always using maple syrup. It’s always nice to change things up! I came up with this recipe several years ago, and it continues to be a favorite for us.
