Honey Cinnamon Nuggets

Cinnamon Nuggets

My kids often ask me to make my cinnamon nuggets.  I made them some the other day, and thought this would be the perfect time to share them again.  I originally came up with this recipe last year.  I was making pizza and garlic knots, when I decided to use my pizza dough recipe to come up with a cinnamon treat for my little ones.  I wanted something reminiscent of loukoumades, which are these amazing Greek doughnuts dipped in honey and topped with cinnamon.  I came up with these little nuggets, and my family loved them.  They are these amazing lightly sweetened and cinnamon bread-like nuggets topped with warm honey.  They are a delicious and unique treat and will have you going back for more.  They are also super easy to make.   I hope you enjoy them as much as we do 😀

I am thrilled to bring this to Fiesta Friday #119.  The co-hosts this week are Ahila @ A Taste of Sri Lankan Cuisine and Diann @ Of Goats and Greens

Yummy Antonia-I make something like that just using refrigerated dough rolled into balls, baked, add the same cinnamon-sugar, drizzle of honey-its a winning combo my friend. Yay for us and those children…xx
