Homemade Biscuits

It’s time for Tuesday Tips and Tidbits!

Don’t you just love this quote?  I need to make a sign and hang this in my kitchen..lol.  Seriously, I am a huge fan of American biscuits.  They are so light and fluffy and you can do so much with them.  I started making them homemade years ago, so I could control the amount of fat and ingredients.  Over the years, I have created a variety of flavors.  On Thursday, I am sharing a Greek inspired biscuit, so I decided there was no better time than to re-share my biscuit recipes.

Those look delicious – I was at a restaurant last night having bacon fat rendered biscuits with jelly and thought how I wanted some biscuit recipes – Now I Have Them! 🙂

You’ve made quite the collection of delicious looking biscuits over the years Antonia! I really like the idea of savory biscuit like the beer and cheddar recipe that you shared. The mixture of provolone and sharp cheddar sounds wonderful!

Thank you Heather! You are so sweet 😀 The beer and cheese biscuits are really good. It was the first time I tried baking with beer and I was really impressed with it.

Yum, biscuits are the best! I agree with that quote! I did a post once called “biscuits can fix it” and it was basically just a pic of some biscuits I had made. Whatever’s wrong, biscuits can fix it!
