It’s Tips for Tuesday!
This week’s tip: Make a raspberry maple syrup to top your pancakes, biscuits, or toast!
I love using seasonal fruit to making toppings for my family’s breakfast. I am not a big jam or jelly person, so when I want to add extra sweetness to my fruit, I usually make syrups. This syrup is fresh, and maintains the tanginess of the berry, while adding sweetness with the maple syrup. If you like raspberries, you will really enjoy this syrup. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to make, and requires no cooking.
Try it with chocolate chip pancakes. Click here for the recipe.
