Greek Style Fries and Eggs

Greek Style Fries and Eggs

It’s time for Tuesday Tips and Tidbits!

The next time you are looking for a quick and yummy meal, try these olive oil fries topped with eggs and feta cheese.  You won’t be sorry!  This is one of my favorite dishes my mom used to make when we would come from the beach.  Not to mention, fries made in olive oil (or Greek-style fries) are just amazing.  Click here for the original post and recipe.  I hope you give this dish a try, it is delicious and can be made in minutes.  It also pairs wonderfully with tomatoes!

Stay tuned on Thursday for a delicious and over the top potato soup 🙂

When we would visit yiayia and papou (I was fairly young memories of them maybe age 4-5) papou would cut wedges into a crusty bread hand me the pulled soft inner part of the bread and a saucer with Pure Greek Imported Olive Oil (from his Uncle in Crete) and I would sit and dunk until I would bust at the belly. LOL To this day I love the soft part dunked in Pure Greek Olive Oil. Too funny…

Yummy! What sweet memories Cheryl! I do too! When I was that age, I would sneak in the kitchen and pull the soft part out, and my mom would get so mad when she would find a bread shell..lol!
