It’s Tips for Tuesday!
This week’s tip: Add feta cheese and olive oil to pasta for a quick side dish or meal!
This is such a delicious and quick dish, and perfect with a salad or veggie. It is perfect when you are in a rush or want a little something different with your pasta. If you have not tried feta cheese on pasta before, give it a try…it is delicious! This is also a great dish for kids. My little ones adore it!
1 box spaghetti noodles (or favorite pasta)
1/2 lb. feta cheese
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. kosher salt (or to taste)
Cook pasta according to package directions and strain. Toss with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Crumble feta cheese and mix with pasta. Enjoy!
