I love salads and eat them often, especially when I am watching those pounds. I enjoy different flavor and textural elements, and cabbage is a favorite for me. It is such a great way to add a crunchy and healthy element to my salad. I don’t mean just a little bit in a salad mix, I mean adding a substantial amount to your salad. I usually include green and red cabbage. It is really delicious… give it a try!
