Bruschetta Salsa

bruschetta salsa

One of my favorite things to do is create dips and finger foods. I came up with this recipe for a party spread several years ago. I was looking for a funner way to serve brushcetta and was so excited when it turned out. It’s fresh, flavorful, and delicious, and perfect with the crunch of the crostini. I serve it regularly once tomatoes come into season. I hope you enjoy my twist! Happy Spring!

I am excited to bring my dip to Fiesta Friday #274 and to be co-hosting this week with the lovely Liz of Spades, Spatulas, and Spoons! Please stop by her blog to see what she is cooking up and of course, check out Fiesta Friday and all the delicious dishes being shared this week!

I am envious of those lovely tomatoes and basil. It will be months before they are available at our Farmer’s market or store. Sounds delicious. Thank you for co-hosting with me.

Your like button is gone! This looks so fresh and sounds delicious. I love all the ingredients. I’ll have to try it when summer tomatoes hit the farmers market.

Hi Deborah! Thank you so much! I took it off temporarily because I have been away so much. I need to add it back, though. I miss seeing your posts and hope to come by soon. I hope you have been doing well! Thank you again for your kind words and I hope you enjoy it! Have a fabulous weekend!

Oh, that explains that! I too have been MIA on the blog and reading them. I just made a major move. I no longer live in California! I’m still buried in boxes and want to get that whittled down before I can play.

I hope you have a lovely week-end too!
